VariZIG™ (Varicella Zoster Immune Globulin) is a highly purified and specialized antibody preparation against the virus that causes chicken pox. VariZIG is manufactured by Cangene Corporation.

To request Varicella Zoster IgG, please call FFF Enterprises at 800-843-7477. After  business hours and on weekends, you can select the emergency order option. Please be sure to telephone FFF directly to assure an immediate response to your request. After placing your request, you will be directed to complete all pages of this Release Form and fax it to FFF at 951-296-2570.

For Prepositioning (Prestocking) Use

VariZIG has been available on a patient-specific basis under an FDA-approved Expanded Access Protocol since March 2006. A cost recovery of $128.34 per 125 IU vial has been approved by the FDA.
